At Fleur Nail Studio, we want every customer to feel confident when ordering. Because our products are personal beauty items, we follow a clear return policy to protect hygiene, product quality, and customer safety.

1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery only if the item is unused, unopened, untried, and in its original packaging.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be in the same condition that you received it. Press-on nails, adhesive tabs, nail files, application accessories, and packaging must not be opened, used, damaged, altered, or removed from their original condition.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for any press-on nails that have been opened, tried on, applied, worn, touched with adhesive, or removed from their original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Opened, used, tried-on, applied, or worn press-on nails cannot be returned or refunded.

Items removed from their original packaging cannot be returned or refunded.

Opened or used adhesive tabs, nail glue, nail files, wooden sticks, prep pads, or application accessories cannot be returned or refunded.

Products damaged after delivery due to handling, storage, application mistakes, removal mistakes, water exposure, bending, cutting, filing, or normal wear cannot be returned or refunded.

Items returned without approval, items returned after the 14-day return window, and products that are no longer in resellable condition will not be accepted.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us review the issue, please include your order number, a clear description of the problem, and photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label.

If the item is confirmed to be damaged, defective, or incorrect, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.

We do not offer refunds or replacements for damage caused by incorrect application, incorrect removal, misuse, or normal wear after the product has been received.

4. Color, Size, and Design Variations

Product colors may appear slightly different due to lighting, screen settings, photography, and display differences.

Minor variations in color, shine, pattern placement, accessory color, packaging style, or product presentation are not considered defects.

Each press-on nail kit includes multiple sizes. Customers are responsible for selecting and applying the best fit for their natural nails.

We cannot accept returns or refunds because a customer changed their mind, selected the wrong style, expected a different shade, or decided the nail shape or size was not suitable after delivery.

5. Application Accessories

Application accessories may vary slightly depending on supplier batch and product design.

This may include variations in adhesive tabs, nail file color, packaging, or small application tools.

These small accessory variations do not affect the main product and are not considered defects.

6. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed or shipped.

If your order has already been processed, packed, fulfilled, or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to request a cancellation.

7. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed to be damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Fleur Nail Studio is not responsible for returned packages that are lost, delayed, or damaged in transit.

8. Refund Process

To request a return, please contact us before sending anything back.

Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.

If your return is approved and received, we will inspect the item.

If the product meets our return conditions, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow several business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.

9. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, returned, or delivered incorrectly due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, refusal, or unclaimed package, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs.

10. Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order is shipped, delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier and destination.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, incorrect address information, or other circumstances outside our control.

If tracking shows that a package was delivered, we cannot guarantee a refund or replacement for claims of non-receipt.

Please contact the shipping carrier directly and also contact us so we can review the situation.
