Shipping policy
At Fleur Nail Studio, we want your order to arrive safely and as smoothly as possible. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.
Processing Time
Orders are usually processed within 1–4 business days after payment is confirmed.
Processing time does not include weekends or public holidays. During busy periods, processing may take slightly longer.
Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time depends on the destination, supplier warehouse, shipping carrier and product availability.
Most orders are delivered within 7–15 business days after processing, but delivery times may vary.
Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Delays may happen due to customs, carrier delays, weather conditions, high order volume or other circumstances outside our control.
Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on orders over $45.
Shipping costs, if applicable, will be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Separate Shipments
Some items may ship separately if your order contains multiple products. This can happen when items are fulfilled from different warehouses or suppliers.
If your order ships in multiple packages, you may receive more than one tracking number. Separate packages may also arrive on different days.
If you receive only part of your order first, please do not worry — the remaining item(s) may still be on the way. You can contact us if you need help checking your order status.
Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.
Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking updates to appear after your tracking number has been issued.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
Fleur Nail Studio is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
If you notice an address mistake after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee changes after the order has been processed.
Lost, Delayed or Returned Packages
Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery time is controlled by the carrier.
If your package is delayed, please check the tracking information first. If you need help, contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt or refusal of delivery, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Depending on your location, customs fees, import duties or taxes may apply. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
